When purchasing in a currency other than GBP, the conversion is done during checkout, and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of check out. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

We didn't look past one feature when designing Novamier Time-Pieces. Our battery-powered quartz watches use a Japanese Seiko & Miyota Precision Quartz Movements, which are some of the most well known and trusted in the industry. We also offer watches with self-winding automatic movements, with Japanese-made Seagull automatic movements.

Novamier London has a limited 2 years manufacturer’s defects warranty from the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover any user abuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, if you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice, otherwise if you purchased via another authorized seller or retail location, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewellery shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweller should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
